21 | Short description of the main objectives and purposes of the project | The aim was to build a multifunctional, educational and information centre of city library. A strong motive was also the need to find a use for the empty building of the former City court. Another problem were the insufficient and inadequate spaces for the operation of the municipal library. The old library spaces were small and inadequate for all activities we offer to our visitors. |
